Grier & Grier Home Improvement and its predecessors have been serving as a leading General Renovation Contractor for over 75 years. GGHI is a 3rd Generation, family owned residential contracting firm. The original vision for the company was developed by Randolph Grier who founded R F Grier & Sons in Huntersville, North Carolina in the 1940s. R F Grier & Sons built and renovated Churches and residential properties nationally.
His sons continued the business in New York City by forming Southern Style Home Improvement in the 1970s. Southern Style Home Improvement was later expanded to the Washington DC area in the 1980s. In 2010 the company began expanding leadership to the 3rd generation and from their Grier & Grier Home Improvement was born.
